1. Purpose of the document

This document establishes the rules for the use of our digital platform, as well as the license for access to software and artificial intelligence developed by FENIX FARMA. By accepting these Terms, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all the conditions described here.

2. What is the Platform

The platform is a digital subscription system that connects users with health, beauty and wellness products, in a personalized way using artificial intelligence. It consists of purchasing features, personalization, exclusive benefits and shipping of monthly kits.

3. What does the Subscription include

Upon subscribing, the user receives:

Access to the platform and its features.

Monthly shipping of a personalized kit with selected products.

Exclusive discounts on brands and shipping.

Digital experience based on the user’s profile.

The subscription is available on two plans: Select and Prime, with a minimum duration of 6 months and automatic renewal (which can be deactivated).

4. Use of the platform

Access is individual and password protected. It is prohibited to share access, resell products or use the platform inappropriately. Use implies automatic acceptance of future technological updates or conditions.

5. Coupons and benefits

Promotional coupons and discounts offered to subscribers are managed by Fênix and its commercial partners. In case of improper use, the company may suspend access or cancel subscription.

6. Shipping of Kits

Kits are sent monthly and contain products automatically selected by the software according to the user’s profile. Changes or returns of these items are not accepted. The shipping cost may be included or not, depending on the region.

7. Paid

Payment for subscription is monthly, only via credit card. Payments by bank slip or transfers are not accepted. In the event of a price adjustment, the user will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

8. Cancellation

The user can deactivate automatic renewal at any time through their customer area. The current plan will remain active until the end of the contracted period.

9. Privacy Policy

The user’s personal data is collected only with their consent and treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of the platform implies its acceptance.

10. Use of image

Interaction with our networks, surveys or testimonies may involve the free use of images and user comments for promotional purposes, always in accordance with the law.

11. Responsibilities

From the Platform: ensure good functioning, confidentiality of data and delivery of contracted services.

From the User: keep your data updated, do not share access, and make good use of the resources and products received.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is delivered “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Fênix is ​​not responsible for third party products included in the Kits or for errors arising from misuse by the user.

13. Contact and Support

Support is available via email at contacto@fenixfarma.com or via the Help Center on the website, from Tuesday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (Brazilian time).

14. Legal forum

To resolve any conflict related to these terms, the parties elect the São José/SC court, renouncing any other.
